يسلط البحث الحالي الضوء على دور التغذية الراجعة بوصفها أداة تعليمية أساسية، مبرزًا فعاليتها وما يرتبط بها من نقاط قوة ونقاط ضعف ضمن السياقات التربوية. ويُظهر كيف تسهم التغذية الراجعة بشكل فعّال في دعم تعلم الطلبة، كما يحلل تأثيرها الواسع على نتائج العملية التعليمية. وانطلاقًا من سؤالين بحثيين رئيسيين—هما: كيف تُسهم التغذية الراجعة في تعزيز التعلم؟ وما أبرز فوائدها وتحدياتها؟—يعتمد هذا البحث على منهجية نوعية تستند إلى مراجعة موسعة للأدبيات العلمية. وقد شملت المصادر كتبًا أكاديمية ومقالات محكمة ودراسات ميدانية في مجالات التعليم وعلم النفس والتربية، مع التركيز على المنشورات الصادرة خلال العقدين الأخيرين. ومن خلال التحليل الموضوعي، جرى استخراج الأفكار الرئيسة والأنماط المتكررة. وتشير نتائج التحليل إلى أن التغذية الراجعة تسهم بشكل كبير في تحسين عملية التعلم، وتعزيز الدافعية، وتنمية الكفاءة الأكاديمية واللغوية. ومع ذلك، فإن فعاليتها تتوقف على مجموعة من العوامل مثل توقيت تقديمها، وطريقة إيصالها، ووضوحها. ويخلص البحث إلى أن التغذية الراجعة تؤدي دورًا تصحيحيًا وتحفيزيًا في آنٍ واحد، إلا أن تحقيق أقصى استفادة منها يتطلب توظيفها بطريقة استراتيجية تراعي خصوصية السياق التعليمي. وعندما تُطبق بشكل مدروس، تصبح التغذية الراجعة حجر الزاوية في التعليم الفعّال وأداة محورية في تعزيز التعلم مدى الحياة.
